Jeffrey has been working with Frontline for two years now; he first joined us in a coaching capacity but as his expertise and passion for equity, diversity and inclusion became clear, he started to design content and to facilitate sessions on our leadership development programmes. As a result of his ongoing reflective practice, Jeffrey always takes onboard new ideas and feedback; he regularly designs bespoke content for our particular needs and for different audiences.
