Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Training
EDI (Diversity, equity and inclusion) training is an essential aspect of healthy working environments. Now more than ever it cannot be overlooked by businesses of all sizes. Diversity can help create a safe workplace atmosphere and promote innovation, productivity and wellbeing.
However, these benefits don’t just come from hiring a diverse range of people and hoping for the best...
Workplaces need to foster a culture of respect and inclusion for all types of people, where everyone feels appreciated, valued and empowered. To achieve this, we all need to play our part.

What I Can Offer
I work across the private, public and voluntary sector, delivering a range of services including diversity equity and inclusion training.
My clients span a range of socioeconomic, cultural, and professional backgrounds, and this strengthens my ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with varied audiences.
In my EDI training, I create safe spaces that enable meaningful dialogue and effective teamwork. In an atmosphere of openness and honesty, I aim to create trust and encourage creativity within teams, which leads to better working relationships.
TESTIMONIALS
Sam East
Workforce Development Manager, Children’s Social Care
Oxfordshire County Council
In July 2022 Jeffrey delivered a virtual event to around 60 of our colleagues on “Creating an Anti-Racist and Inclusive Environment”. Jeffrey created a safe space for colleagues to explore this topic, in a way that helped people to focus on what small changes they could make to bring about positive change in practice.
He provided a good balance between sharing information and helpful tools, as well as encouraging discussion amongst participants. Jeffrey responded to questions with honesty and integrity.
The feedback we received was extremely positive, thank you Jeffrey for such an engaging event.
