Master level delivery.
Human level communication.

Growing up in inner-city London taught me how to navigate challenges, connect across differences, and earn trust where it’s not freely given. These experiences gave me more than any qualifications can provide: emotional depth, empathy, and the ability to meet people where they are.

I didn’t start my career in the boardroom – but the path that brought me there is what makes my work different.

Today, I coach leaders at all levels – from new managers to senior execs – helping them have the conversations they’re avoiding and become the leaders their teams need. I also work with people who don’t usually get access to coaching, like young men in prison‚ because I believe growth shouldn’t be a privilege.

I’ve worked across 20+ industries, spanning the public sector and charitable organisations to international commercial businesses, and I’ve seen this time and time again: when people feel seen and heard, real change happens.

I bring a calm presence, a practical approach, and just the right amount of challenge. I use coaching tools, feedback and real-world practice to help people shift how they show up, not just what they know.

Yes, I’m an accredited coach (PCC, ICF) and trained in systems coaching (ORSC), but what matters more is this: I believe in people. And I know how to bring out their best.

TESTIMONIALS

PITCH-IT

Director and Co-Founder

Jeffrey was an excellent session leader for the Pitch-it mentors. He developed tailored session material on working with young  people and an introduction to coaching. His tone with the group was excellently judged; making them laugh a lot which was particularly useful for sessions that took place in the evening, after work and great for building a sense of group which is exactly what I wanted.

As well as keeping the tone light though, Jeffrey maintained a high level of authority and presence in the room. His experience working with young people who are struggling was invaluable. Quite often, it’s easy to over-complicate the relationship and as a result lose sight of why the mentors want to be involved in the first place. Jeffrey reminded us that the most important thing, is to care.
